Reviewed Chili Rubbed Salmon
"I made this dish tonight. I usually grill salmon, but it was pouring rain, so I decided to cook it on the stove. I cooked it in a Calphalon grill pan and added some ponzu sauce to marinate it in for about 15 minutes, then added some garlic powder to the chili powder to coat. I also added a small amount of parmesan bread crumbs. My family loved it! My husband said "no more grilling, this is better!"
