Reviewed roasted tomato soup

As soon as I read roast the tomatoes I knew it was going to be good. I did not add the remaining chicken stock or cream because it tasted good as it was. I did add a tablespoon of sugar though and a glug of sherry at the end. Maybe it helped that I just picked the tomatoes out of the garden!
