Reviewed shrimp scampi

Unfortunately, when food network reworked their website, the shrimp stock recipe fell off this one. I would just simmer the discarded shrimp shells in about 1-2 cups of water with a squirt of fish sauce for about 1 hour. I wish food network didn't rework this site, it is harder to navigate now on a tablet and loads 3 times slower.
