Great bread. Husband and daughter loved it (as well as me, too!). Make sure you spray your cans with the flour+non-stick coating spray...bread came out of the can easily with just running a thin sharp knife around the edges after 10 minutes of cooling. I live in a high elevation (6560ft) so you will need to add 2T of extra AP flour. The bread "
