The steak and gravy was excellent. The gravy is what really makes it! I added extra garlic coursly chopped and used rubbed sage so it had great texture. My husband LOVED it.

I wanted to make something special on Christmas morning. I had some leftover pie crust so decided on quiche. I used Provolone and fat-free milk since that's what I had in the frig.
