Reviewed greek orzo salad with mustard-dill vinaigrette

This is an awesome summer recipe. I saw it on the show and decided to make it myself. I made it for my husband and he ate almost the entire bowl. I made a double recipe for a small get together and it was gone. I didn't add all of the olive oil the second time and more vinegar. Not a huge fan of alot of OO but its a personal preference!

If I repeat a recipe more than once or my husband makes a special request for something, it deserves 5 stars! I love this recipe, if you know how to's as simple as mixing the spices! I don't think it's too spicy but if you want to cut down on the spice it's so easy to adjust. Definately a recipe I'll have memorized soon!"

Reviewed Pan-Seared Tuna with Avocado, Soy, Ginger, and Lime

AWESOME. Seriously, one of the best dished I've made in awhile. I did cut the garlic down to one clove and about half the ginger but the flavor was amazing. I also seared the tuna on a grill, warmed up a frying pan on the grill and after I seared the tuna I put the fish in the pan and added the sauce. I could eat this everyday for a month. Or"
