This was excellent and very easy to make. I added some fresh thyme and parsley that I had on hand. If you want the dish to be more "soupy" then add an extra can of soup and 1/4 cup of milk. More soup is better for sopping up with the biscuits. Also, it is much easier to mix the ingredients in a large bowl and transfer them to the baking dish...

Use Kraft brand "Honey Roasted garlic" sauce. I am a competitor on the KCBS BBQ circuit but I usually use store brand BBQ sauce for these type of recipes. I love this recipe.

I thought this was great but I'm glad that I read the reviews first. I can easily see how the wrong BBQ sauce would be too strong in this recipe. I used the generic Kraft Honey BBQ sauce and it worked great. I also mixed all of the ingredients for the Chipotle sauce in a sauce pan and heated it up on low for about 30 minutes to blend the flavors...
