Reviewed French Onion Soup
"Seriously the BEST French Onion Soup Recipe. However, I have made this twice, and the cooking times seem off to me. It took closer to 40 minutes for the onions to soften, and then closer to 30 minutes for the wine to cook out and the onions to become dry. Completely worth the extra time, but this recipe has taken me about 45-60 minutes more than was estimated. But it turned out delicious both times!!"
