“Because I did not have a steamer basket handy I crumbled up some pieces of aluminum foil and put them into a pot so it would allow for about an inch of water. I then took another piece of foil, punched some small holes in it and put it into the pot so it created a platform on which I put the chicken. It worked well as my steamer.
