Reviewed Spinach Gruyere Puff Pastry

Easy to make and extremely tasty. I had never tried gruyere before now, and cannot believe what a flavorful cheese I had been missing! Also like that it can be altered to suit tastes (we don't love the exture of mushroom, so we finely chopped them). We plan to try it with a little sauteed artichoke mixed with the spinach next time.
