This is a great recipe. I did tweek it a little the first time I made it. I used 1-1/2 to 2 tablespoons of chili powder and original Ro-Tel. I figured the chili powder would be overpowering and the Ro-Tel would be too hot. I did use kosher salt and cooked the cabbage to limp stage. My husband and I are not cabbage fans, but we love this recipe....
