"I made these burgers for my wife and I. I left out the chorizo and used sharp cheddar cheese inside the burger, but the patty was just perfectly tender and flavorful. To top it all off instead of the ketchup recipe included here we topped it with some homemade garlic aioli and caramelized onions. I have eaten a lot of good burgers but this one took the prize.
I tried to post a link to the garlic aioli recipe but it won't allow me. It is on the food network site and is by Emeril Lagasse.
