It says 6 large eggs PLUS 6 egg yolks - you need both. It's very rich but delicious.

This was awesome. I made a focaccia myself which was a little smaller than the size of a Sicilian pizza. I also used just 1/4 lb of each meat and a little more on the cheese. The vinagrette was excellent although Sherry Vinegar is not easy to find and not cheap. I will be making this again. It was a big hit!!"

This is probably one of the most fabulous salads ever. I made it with the greens that it called for and only substituted pecans for the walnuts (didn't have any). OMG this was just incredible and my husband loved it too. Not easy to get a wilted salad past the husband but it was spectacular with the strip steaks that we had. Would recommend this...
