Reviewed Indian Summer Stew: Butternut Squash, Coconut, and Lentil Stew
"OMG! This recipe is incredible! I made a pot of this yesterday and couldn't believe the depth of flavor in every bite. I was a little sceptical about the butternut squash because I have had "bland" soup in the past. This is nothing like I have ever had before. I am a vegetarian/vegan and I am always looking for something new and exciting to cook. This is a hearty and mouth watering meal all in one. Thanks Aarti. Cheers!
