Great version of a chicken pot pie. The only change I would make would be to add carrots, and change the crust to crescent roll dough instead of the phyllo. The phyllo was a little too crusty and flaky for us. I more typical pie crust would be better for us. The chicken filling was excellent! "

WOW - I loved this! It's easy and very impressive to serve. I made it for a group on vacation and used wine glasses to serve - loads of ooohs and ahhhs. AWESPME= I included mushrooms with the onion and garlic and I substituted whole tomatoes from our garden (tis the season). It was very good! Served with brown rice and broccoli - this was on the table in no time. For the cook who didn't like the color, you could substitute white wine and white balsamic and I think it would still be delicious.""
