This cake is a lot of work but so decadent and chocolatey. It was a HUGE hit. The Cake part was a little hard to work with and mine ripped but not a huge deal. The ganache made it look fine. The only thing different I did was line my spring form pan with waxed paper to assemble the layers."

Thank You Alex! We tried this recipe this year for Thanksgiving. I was worried about the soy sauce and the crushed red pepper but it all work great. I did though only use 1/2 a lb of butter. It still turned out. If we had been gravy people it would have been super too with all the crusty pan drippings. "
