Reviewed Penne with Five Cheeses
"I make this only a few times a year because frankly, it's really expensive! The flavor is worth it, though. I lighten up on the blue cheese and add more parm, otherwise all other ingredients are unchanged. I also drop the temp to about 450 and bake for about 15 - 20 minutes in a single 9x13 pan. It makes the sauce a little bit thicker and makes sure it's hot all the way through.
