Reviewed Chocolate Ice Cream
"This was my first attempt at making ice cream with my new ice cream maker. It was wonderful. I followed some of the previous reviews and strained the mixture to get rid of any clumps and used 7 egg yolks instead of 8. Plus I added a dash of instant espresso powder. My college age niece and nephew came by twice just to get some of their aunt's ice "
