Delicious and very easy to make! If you like brownies a bit crunchy on the edges and soft & moist in the middle like I do, then you'll enjoy this recipe. I didn't find this too sweet at all. I used Ghirardelli unsweetened cocoa which gave the cake a rich, intense chocolate flavor. Serve it warm and top it with quality vanilla bean ice cream...

Delicious! I like the combination of the two flours giving the muffin texture. I also added 1/2 cup of dark chocolate chips and was able to make 18 regular-size muffins from this recipe. I still have some persimmons so I'll be making these again. I think I'll add chopped walnuts next time. ""
