Very easy to do and it is FANTASTIC. The wife and son loved it too. It's great by itself but I bought some strawberries and sliced them up, put a little sugar on them, and then put them in the fridge for a while. Took a nice slice of the cake and put some strawberries on top and hit it with a little whipped cream. Heavenly! I guess "
