Reviewed Guacamole Salad
"I, too, have made this salad often. It does not NEED cilantro. That is the writer's preference. The salad has great flavor without it. It deserves the five stars that most reviewers are giving it.
P.S. Sometimes I add shrimp to it. "
Reviewed Bess London's Pecan Tassies
"I made these for a church get together. They were delicious and well-received. I followed the instructions exactly as it was my first time with the recipe. I had no problem with sticking."
Reviewed Cherry, Almond and Cinnamon Granola
"I've made this several times a year from three years now, and my best friend insists I give her some each time. I follow the recipe, but stir frequently. Don't finely chop the fruit. I keep the cherries fairly large, and they haven't burned or gotten too hard. If I used a smaller fruit like cranberries, I wouldn't chop them."

Reviewed Stuffed Baby Peppers
"Delicious! I had everything in my fridge/pantry except the pancetta; so I used bacon. I confess that I added a wee bit of basil (because I love it), but I believe they would have been good without it too."
Reviewed Parmesan and Thyme Crackers
"I have made these for a few years now, and they are always delicious and well received. DO remember the tip about adding ice cold water if the dough doesn't come together (1 tsp at a time). I give them as gifts in food baskets as well, at least all those I don't eat."
