I have made this for years, and people enjoy it and ask for the recipe whenever I share. The deseeding the tomatoes is messy, but it is sooo worth it.

I, too, have made this salad often. It does not NEED cilantro. That is the writer's preference. The salad has great flavor without it. It deserves the five stars that most reviewers are giving it.

P.S. Sometimes I add shrimp to it. "

I made these for a church get together. They were delicious and well-received. I followed the instructions exactly as it was my first time with the recipe. I had no problem with sticking."

Reviewed Cherry, Almond and Cinnamon Granola

Jan 4, 2013 in Food Network Community Toolbox on FoodNetwork.com

I've made this several times a year from three years now, and my best friend insists I give her some each time. I follow the recipe, but stir frequently. Don't finely chop the fruit. I keep the cherries fairly large, and they haven't burned or gotten too hard. If I used a smaller fruit like cranberries, I wouldn't chop them."

Delicious! I had everything in my fridge/pantry except the pancetta; so I used bacon. I confess that I added a wee bit of basil (because I love it), but I believe they would have been good without it too."

I have made these for a few years now, and they are always delicious and well received. DO remember the tip about adding ice cold water if the dough doesn't come together (1 tsp at a time). I give them as gifts in food baskets as well, at least all those I don't eat."

I have made this many times, mostly at the request of others who have tasted it when they were eating dinner at my home. It is tart, but cranberries are tart. I really enjoy it. I make no changes to it. I don't understand the comments that it's like a cobbler. It isn't like any cobbler that I make. I think this is one you have to make to dec"

Mar 24, 2012 in Food Network Community Toolbox on FoodNetwork.com

I read the reviews before making this because I really like the idea of peach muffins. I kept reading the word bland which I interpret as a lack of salt. I made these and substituted one of the sticks of butter with Salted butter instead, or you can just add 1/4 teaspoon of salt to the batter. They were wonderful. I also used room temperature ...

These were great. I went to the store and priced the almond flour. I wasn't interested in paying that amount at the local store. I went online and found out that almond flour is just finely grounded unsalted almonds (which I keep in my house as a snack). I ground the almonds in my coffee grinder. Voila, almond flour. I served these at a des...

I make these cookies all the time. She cut 24 cookies because of the daisy cookie cutter. I always get way more cookies. I, too, made some changes based on the reviews. I flavored the ricotta with honey and a splash of lemon. I used the suggestion made by dolores to bake an additional 5 minutes on the bottom rack. The recipe turned out fine after that. I gave it three stars because I don't think a recipe on the foodnetwork should require this much tweaking.
