It was good. I made some adjustments to prepare it gluten-free. I used rice rather than biscuits, and I didn't use flour. I used a little half and half to thicken the sauce. Not bad at all. And easy.

It was very good, but I should have read the other reviews before I made this Chicken Hash, because they offer some good short cuts. It took me three hours to make this, but since it wasn't a Food Network challenge, I took my time. I think it will be easier next time if I use some of the tips I just read from other reviewers, such as cooking the potatoes...
