Reviewed Southern Fried Chicken
"I tried this and it blew my mind! One of the best fried chicken recipes I have ever tried. I used Franks Hot sauce, but Tabasco would work great too. The hot sauce does not overwhelm the taste of the chicken. It is moist and flavorful. The hot sauce seems to cause the extra crispy crust. Wonderful chicken. I will make this from now on!"
