Super easy, this is a great way to cook collard greens. I used a ham bone - with a bit of meat on it. Used 1 tsp. or less of seasoned salt and 1/2 tsp. black pepper. And the butter. No hot sauce. It's funny, even if you just kinda sorta follow this recipe your collard greens will taste like 'home.' Thanks for your help.""
