"very flavorful, definitely a keeper. I finally put the sliced squash in the microwave until barely tender, and then finished it in a skillet to shorten the cooking time. I like a little browning on the slices for taste and appearence. My oven just did not do the job in a reasonable time..I gave up after an hour!
