READ READ READ READ. for those having problems with the meringue. the problem is that there is a typo for the meringue recipe. it says to use cream or tartar. most people will go for a cream when in fact the recipe calls for cream OF tartar. that will help set the meringue for the pie. found the mistake by watching a youtube video.

this recipe was very easy to make. the chicken comes out very moist and flavorful. the only criticism i would give is to scale back on the salt. a bunch of the other ingredients are already salted so to add more salt seems to be over kill. other than that great recipe.

This recipe is easy to follow and very easy to make. be sure to follow the recipe especially for the potatoes. it may not look like alot but when you make it theres alot of food to make. using the oven at 400 F for 15 minutes is a great idea. just be sure to use a deep enough dish or you'll find that the juices will overflow into your oven. awesome...
