Reviewed Lemon and Garlic Roast Chicken

"This was a delicious chicken recipe however while it was cooking it smoked out my house where I had to open the windows AND totally trashed my oven with splatters! Not sure if it's worth it. If I try it again, I would tent it with foil so I don't have to clean my oven.Not fun!"

"Delicious! !!!!!! Slightly salty, but I used salted butter instead so I did not add the salt, I think prosciutto is very salty in any recipe but overall a fine restaurant style dish. Thanks Ina! You make everything look sooooooo good and easy to prepare! We love you!!!

Reviewed White Pizzas with Arugula

"This is the best pizza crust ever! It was very good. Then the next time we used the pizza crust recipe everybody in our family "made our own" pizzas with our own favorite ingredients for toppings. Now every Friday night in the winter is "PIZZA NIGHT" and we have started our own tradition! Thanks Ina we love you!!!! Can't beat that!

Reviewed Bucatini All'Amatriciana with Spicy Smoked Mozzarella Meatballs

"This is an absolutely delicious, rich way to have pasta and meatballs. I did have to look a little for smoked mozzarella. I tried it with regular and it wasn't as good. It's definately worth trying! Thanks, Giada! We love you!
