Reviewed Good Eats Roast Turkey

I made this turkey for our "Fakesgiving" the other day. The 500 degree starter seared the skin in much the same way as a fried turkey leaving the meat outstandingly succulent. I only brined the bird for about 5 hours but I have never made such a delicious turkey in my life.

The salmon is so moist and wonderful. I halved a lemon and added it to the poaching liquid. I also have to say that "Irish Butter Sauce" is a super easy hollandaise sauce.
