Reviewed Un-Stuffed Cabbage Soup

My husband loves this soup, however I have tweeked it to our taste. I cut down on the brown sugar and omit the raisins. After we've had the leftovers a couple of times I use my emulsifier to puree the cabbage and use it as a starter for spaghetti sauce. This is also good with smoked sausage instead of meatballs.
