Reviewed Mini Skillet Meatloaves

"I just made this tonight and it was delicious! As I was pouring the water in, I was a little skeptical, but after I took the meatloaves out and made the glaze, I totally understood! So, so moist and yummy. I pulled this out pretty quickly because I am 7 months preggo and was craving mashed potatoes but didn't know what to make with them. I didn't "

Reviewed Potato and Pancetta, Pizza

"I was so skeptical as I was making this. The olive oil wasn't cooking right and was pooling everywhere, the potatoes didn't "brown"...but OMG I was wrong! This was A-M-A-Z-I-N-G!!!! My husband said it was now his favorite pizza. Did a few things differently...only used one pizza dough. On the canister, it says to put in a 13x9 baking dish for a th"

Reviewed Shredded, Saucy BBQ Chicken Sammies

"This was pretty good! When I tasted the chicken mixture on it's own, I was a little hesitant, but when you add the pickles, MMMMMMM yummm! I am a new fan of that mix of pickles. It was definitely too spicy for us, so next time we'll cut down to about half of the tabasco, even my husband, a fan of spicy, said it was too much! I had some precooked chicken strips from Costco, so I just shredded those, boiled the stock and beer separately, followed the rest of the directions, and it was so easy. Literally a 30 minute meal! I will be making this again.

Reviewed The Chewy

"YUM! I've made lots of chocolate chip cookie recipes before and have never been "wowed", but figured awesome choco. chip cookies had to be bought. Today our neighbor snow plowed our driveway and I knew I needed to bake something. Only having all purpose flour, salted butter, and more brown sugar than white, I knew I'd be limited in recipes. But hearing that others had made this recipe with all purpose flour I figured I'd try it and omit the salt. OMG these are amazing! They made just around 2 1/2 dozen and are perfectly rounded and DELICIOUS. I'm sure I will try the bread flour and unsalted butter some day, but for a last minute recipe, this will turn into a permanent household favorite...thank you!
