This was pretty good! When I tasted the chicken mixture on it's own, I was a little hesitant, but when you add the pickles, MMMMMMM yummm! I am a new fan of that mix of pickles. This was a really easy dish to make and it was absolutely DELICIOUS!!! Full of flavor for sure. My husband loved it. We had lots of left overs and it was great the next day. The meatballs were really moist and tasty. I didn't use all of the spinach. I just eyeballed it. GREAT dish!!!!!!
