"Great recipe, and basic structure easily modified. I noted that many reviewers complained about these falling apart. I was surprised, as mine are solid and cut easily and cleanly. Then I noticed I had been accidentally using wheat gluten instead of wheat germ! So there's an option to keep them from crumbling. Seems to work I made once with unsweet"
