Reviewed Holy Haluski
"I grew up on Haluski(my father was born there) and I have to tell you this recipe is way off from the traditional Ukrainian dish. First of all you never add carrots to this dish. Haluski is a peasant dish and all of my ancestors including all the traditional recipes call for sauteed cabbage, sauted omions, sauted rinsed saurkraut in unsalted butter served over either freshly cooked bowties or wide egg noodles with fresh ground pepper, salt and some dill weed. That's it. This recipe should not be called haluski it should be called something else.
Shame on you Guy Fieri. My grandmother is rolling around in her grave. I think I will post the REAL recipe."
Reviewed Roasted Brussels Sprouts
"This my favorite easy recipe for brussel sprouts. I also added some peeled whole garlic cloves to the mixture and I served it with calfs liver and onions. Yummy!
