About Me
In 1997, we sold our business and house, bought a motorhome and have been traveling ever since. We now run a mobil internet business from the coach where ever we are. I love cooking in the coach or outside wherever we happen to land for the night. I also love cooking with local foods and veggies of the state we stay.

My favorite food to cook is a recipe that is new to me. My dads southern mac and cheese would have to be the dish I'm famous for. My favorite restaurant varies from state to state, couldn't pick just one
