These were some of the best baked beans I have ever made. My husband loves baked beans and he told me, after eating these, to throw out all my other recipes! The only thing I changed were the beans I used. I did not have kidney beans, so used Great Northern. It was absolutely the best!""

I liked the flavor of the marinade and sauce,however, being a girl from Texas, I think I will slow roast the ribs, intact, the next time I try this recipe. I think boiling them took too much of the pork flavor out of them. ""
