im a lead line cook, i have had schooling in the restaraunte hotel cooking program 30 yrs ago. im also a cake decorator/teacher i worked 18 yrs for a large mail order catalog company for cake and candy makers (maid of scandinavia ) no longer in business . i also catier for a friends halloween party for 300 people every yr and do side partys for friends.. i love the worl of food
