I made this exactly according to the recipe and it is delicious. For the second addition of liquid, I only had 1 cup of vegetable stock and 1 cup of water, and it still had a lot of flavor. It makes a lot - but no complaints here, my husband and I are looking forward to eating this all weekend.

Just made this for dinner with my husband. Added garlic per one of the other reviewer's ideas - it is excellent. I am a beginner cook and this is so easy to make and has such nice flavor. We made it with fluke, which was readily available at the fish dept. Delicious! Make this!""
