The green sauce is good but add cilantro and cumin and you will have an AMAZING green sauce. I also make it with habanero and twice the garlic but that is a personal taste issue. I like hot food. Add cilantro to blender and a teaspoon of cumin."

This is a super simple and very tasty dish. The one negative is that sun dried tomatoes in olive oil are very expensive, like $7/bottle in California. I googled how to make them.

I went heavy on garlic and cheese and even as I do not like pesto, this is a fantastic pasta dish."

This is a great marinade. I used it on thin cut cod and added cilantro (because I had it) and used fresh oregano instead of dry, Went heavy on the balsamic and after I was done I cooked the marinade and used it as a sauce for the fish. Excellent."

Whether or not you spend $10 has a lot to do with where you shop. I usually spend more on her meals but still this is a great dish and even if a bit more than $10 it is cheap. I like every recipe Melissa has shown but this is one of the better."
