Just make this and it was excellent will make it again. Have to say I don't really taste the mustard in it, I also served it with Maple Syrup so that may have something to do with no tasting the mustard in the batter.

I think that's called Eggy in a Basket, plenty of others have Toad in a Hole that is similar or the same as this.

This is great I make it often. You can add other vegetables, or herbs to it if you want, or switch up what kind of cheese you use. One thing make sure to use low sodium or homemade broth otherwise it comes out way to salty, you can also use half milk to to lower the salt even more. I usually add an extra cup of milk or broth to give it an even smo"

As written this is great. A few words for those who complain that it is too salty. Use Kosher Salt not table salt, as someone said bellow table salt is twice that of kosher. Also use the Taco Potion #19 prepackage seasoning is full of salt, make it yourself less salt and cheaper in the long run."
