My first attempt at Biscotti and this recipe hit it out of the park. I was concerned about how fragile the loaves were after the first bake. It was very delicate cutting it on the bias but the timing was correct, the final product was crisp on the outside and still moist and flavorful on the inside. Perfect with coffee.
