Reviewed home-ground burgers with bacon, cheese and fresh thyme

Great flavor. I grind my own, but I can't use chuck for this burger. Tried it twice and even when stringently cutting all fat and sinew, the stuff still clogged my grinder and produced mush for some of the meat. Maybe I will try sirloin tips next time.

I agree with another post, cut the W sauce by half.
