Reviewed Collard Greens

"This is so simple it's hardly a recipe but nonetheless, it turned out great. Made an easy quick and healthy side dish."

Reviewed Potato Salad With Peas

"This is a good recipe. It was a cinch to throw together and I liked the flavors that the fresh dill added. To omit some of the calories I used a 1/2 cup each of non-fat greek yogurt, non-fat sour cream, and light mayonnaise instead of just the sour cream and mayonnaise. "

Reviewed Campfire Beans

"These were good. It was a really simple and easy recipe to make. They turned out flavorful and made a nice side dish. This is a good basic bean recipe without a lot of spice or heavy seasoning. I did, however, omit 1/2 of the chili powder in mine and changed the preparation somewhat by soaking the beans overnight and cooking in the slow cooker"

Reviewed Grilled Pork Chops

"This is a great recipe! Loved the sauce. I left it on the a low simmer all day beforehand and it was delicious! Will definitely use again. "

Reviewed Skirt Steak With Arugula Salad

"Loved this very simple easy recipe. With few ingredients, it is a cinch to throw together and the flavors really stand out with being masked with heavy spices or dressings. I was lucky to find a basket of mini heirloom tomatoes at the store which added some colors to the dish. Originally, I mistook the ciabatta croutons for fingerling potatoes "

Reviewed Almost-Famous Fried Pickles

"Fantastic! Thanks for the recipe. My husband and I moved from Texas a few months ago and have been craving these ever since. Made these the day I got your magazine and they hit the spot. Thanks so much!"

Reviewed Mahi Mahi With Asparagus and Almond Sauce

"I loved this sauce. At first I feared the dijon would overpower the fish, but it was mild enough that is just added a wonderful flavor to the sauce. The sauce was delicious with a richness from the roasted almonds that paired well with both the fish and the asparagus. I will be making this recipe in the future.""
