Delicious! I'm sure I completely changed the recipe by substituting chinese stir fry sauce for the oyster sauce, but we absolutely loved it. Marinated the pork for the full 4 hours and it was perfectly tender. The dipping sauce was really spicy but a perfect compliment. We will definitely make this a regular meal in our house.
