Reviewed Pork Chops Stuffed with Sun-Dried Tomatoes and Spinach

I used pork chops with the bone in to help with moisture. I browned them in a large frying pan with olive oil and baked in the oven on 325 for 1 hour. The sauce that went on top was delicious.
