Reviewed Pork Chops Stuffed with Sun-Dried Tomatoes and Spinach
"I used pork chops with the bone in to help with moisture. I browned them in a large frying pan with olive oil and baked in the oven on 325 for 1 hour. The sauce that went on top was delicious. The pork chops however were just ok. Nothing fabulous. I didn't really care for the spinach stuffing mix. I followed the directions exactly (the only exception was the bone in chop). Not sure I would make this again.
