"I don't know what went wrong with this recipe but it was awful! I'm a serious cook and have been cooking for a long time, but this dip came out of the oven with about a 1/2 inch of oil on the top and as it sat, it became more and more oily. I had to throw it away. Will be looking for another corn dip recipe. Sorry!"

"Super delicious and easy weeknight recipe but elegant enough for company too. I made this last night and the only comment was that the sauce reduced too much so I had to add a bit of chicken broth at the end but that worked perfectly. It could be that I only made two chicken breasts though instead of four so there weren't as many pieces to sit on "
