Reviewed Parker's Beef Stew
"Excellent! The key here is to use a good red wine. I had Malbec on hand so I used it. I often buy a whole tenderloin roast, so I used the tail filet mignon for the meat... added couple sprigs of thyme, otherwise I followed the recipe exactly. Thank you Ina, you never disaapoint! (oh, because I used such a tender cut of beef, it didn't need to "
