Reviewed Cipollini Onion and Fennel Pot Roast

A bit time consuming to chop and prepare before getting it into the oven, but one of the best roasts I've ever tasted. The gravy was magnificent; I could have eaten it with a spoon. Prepared brown rice, roasted butternut squash and a lovely salad to complement this wonderful entree. Thanks Giada! "
