Family loved it and plenty of leftovers. Didn't think we'd like chicken meatballs but they were flavorful and tender. It did take me a bit longer than the 55 minutes, so one less star, but will make again.

Very tasty and left overs were even better! May not be authentic as some reviewers said, but we had nothing to compare it to and everyone enjoyed it and asked to have it again! One less star due to calories...but a treat.

Honestly, the best meatloaf ever! Never realized that over-working the meat made my own meatloaf like a brick. Moist, great seasoning and leftovers! A keeper! Thanks, Ina

Too salty

After reading other reviews, I'm wondering if I'm just not a pancetta fan? Had no trouble with the eggs or cheese. Maybe I'll try it with bacon. I do agree, the recipe was easy though."

Great taste! Marc made it look easier flipping the pie but I'm sure he has done it a couple of times! Will definitely make it again and again.
