Reviewed Lemon Chicken Breasts

This recipe was awesome!!! Chicken was perfectly cooked and so moist. After I took the pan from the oven I removed the chicken to let it rest and added the "sauce" to a roux I'd started. Once it had tightened up a little, i added some whole wheat pasta and broccoli and topped it with Parmesan. So good and so easy!! Ina does it again"

So simple but soooo good! I toasted Italian Panko breadcrumbs before breading the chicken breasts and then baked them in the oven. Pounding the breasts thin is definetly key, and the parmesan shredded on top makes it perfect!!!"
