Reviewed Lobster Mac and Cheese
"Cost aside, this is a wonderful, tasty recipe. We are gluten free, so made the dish with rice elbows, gluten free flour and glutino bread crumbs. We served it as a first course to a group of friends. They loved it (as did we!) and we revealed the fact that it was completely gluten free. They were quite surprised, and we now have another gluten"
