Exceptionally Good! The prep time does't include roasting, cooling, peeling peppers, and chopping all the veggies, but worth the effort!

My family loved this! I did make a few changes: "special" instead of jumbo lump crab meat (not imitation), low fat cheddar cheese and 1 large chopped jalape���o instead of the Pepper Jack, low fat mayo, Roma tomatoes (they are less wet), dried basil (that's what I had on hand), omitted the avocados. Delicious! We had the left overs melted on top...
